2009.03.16 - New Channel List for 119/110/129-Ciel2 Changes

Please be aware some of your local channels do overlap on the new Ciel 2 setup. Delete shared channel numbers and resecan to pick up proper transponders. Enjoy
Feel free to post my Channel lists on other sites. However, I would appreciate that you not show off the work as your own (some people have been doing so with exact name and message copy+pasted from above). I don't need to be given credit, but it really annoys me when people show off others work as their own... alright enough rambling.
